Aviva’s Sexual Violence Service

This is a Canterbury’s Sexual Violence Crisis Service. It runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is managed by Aviva (with supervisory support from START).

Aviva’s Sexual Violence services are for all people over 18 years of age including those with more urgent concerns about sexual assaults/violence.

Aviva’s Sexual Violence Services are able to support people when making Police Statements, attending the MEDSAC Medical services, and through the Court Processes.

They refer people on to START and other relevant services when on-going support is required.
